Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-267122 - Updated email address on I21|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-267122]   *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-267122 - Updated email address on I21|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-267122]   JDE customer has reported the below issue in their Live environment after it was upgraded to 21.2 v   *Steps:*   1. Go to Contract Managemet > Contracts   2. In the contract search screen, select some contracts of same vendor   3. Click on Email button     *Issue:*   In the Email box, cannot edit any content in the body of the email.   Attached is the video "Email Box - Live" for your reference     *Acceptance:*   In the Email box system should allow to edit the content of the body.   It should work as it working now in the TE environment which is of 20.1 v.
