+ *Steps:* +
1. Log in as 2 different users simultaneously in 2 tabs.
2. Go to sales > activities > invoices.
3. Create a new invoice and save it.
4. Leave the invoice open.
5. Open the newly-created invoice from step #3 with the second user.
6. Go back to the first user and edit the invoice but do not save it.
7. Go back to the second user screen.

This triggers the locked records but no notifications count. See the screenshot in the comment.
