Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-266114 - Notifications setup for Locked Records|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-266114]   + *Steps:* +   1. Log in as 2 different users simultaneously in 2 tabs.   2. Go to sales > activities > invoices.   3. Create a new invoice and save it.   4. Leave the invoice open.   5. Open the newly-created invoice from step #3 with the second user.   6. Go back to the first user and edit the invoice but do not save it.   7. Go back to the second user screen.   + *Issue:* +   This triggers the locked records but no notifications count. See the screenshot in the comment.
