Steps:
1. Open a row designer with Sum formula.
2. Click on Highlight button and select Rows not included in the formula.
Issue: The rows between the From and To rows in a Sum formula are highlighted. In this example R106 to R119 are highlighted.
Acceptance Criteria: It should not higlight the rows that are part of the sum formula. In this example R105 to R120 should not be highlighted
