* A user will probably run a trial balance monthly
* user will export trial balances to excel
* it is important that our base trial balance will generate with easy usable defaults.
*Issues:*
* Under the current scenario we are built for an year end trial balance and that is not flexible. so any time you run it it runs thru 12-31 no matter what date selection you make at run time
* When exporting to excel the user will want to sum and calc and total - so when you export the format should be excel number friendly
*To do:*
* Change the trial balance so that it can run monthend easily depending upon the date you select at run time per below filter types
* change the default mask on the trial balance
see below for format we should use for columns - this will run as of any month and work.
