Variance Amount and Variance Percent incorrectly shown

Description Version: 14.1.0228.274   Steps:   1. Create a row designer record equivalent to Income Statement.   2. Create a column designer record with Budget column type.   3. Create a Financial report where row and column configured above is selected.   4. Print report.   Issue: Variance Amount and Variance Percent are shown incorrectly.   Expected Result: Should show amount based on rule stated below.   For Sales and Revenue types of account:   * When Actual lower than Budget, the result is *unfavorable* because the target sales was not met – see Other Revenue row below as example. The Variance Amount and Percent should be in negative. * When Actual exceeds Budget, the result is *favorable* because the target sales was met, even exceeded – see Sales row below as example.
