Say that you wanted to add a row to a row format with 600 or so rows
* if you naviagte to the row (500 lets say)
* click on row 500
* click insert

* Saves the row
* puts you at the beginning of the row definition (row 1)
if you were not tracking where you were then it may be hard to figure out where you should go - also to scroll back to 500 even if you remember is difficult.
