When a customer is creating a financial report they will generally need to ensure that all filtered account rows are included in totals - if they are not they should be highlighted in yellow to draw attention to the missing rows.
Think about this - you are creating a balance sheet and you have checked to see if all assets are included in the report(they are) but even though they are in the report if they are not in the asset total the balance sheet could be out of balance.
We need to highlight filter rows not included in a total.
