When you export a trial balance and sum it in excel you would like it to balance to zero.
When you run a financial report such as an income statement you will want to reverse the sign on the natural credit account (this is tradition for accounting - you would not want sales to show as a negative number even though it has a credit balance. )
For the most part we want to reverse the signs of credits in a a financial report but not in a trial balance that you are exporting to excel.
Some trial blances may have 100+ accounts in the trail balance.
For this reason we need a simple way to change the debit credit indicator on all rows of the row format to debit. This will allow you to print a trial balance that will display properly when exported to excel (it will sum to zero)
There are a couple ways to approach this:
* create a button at the top of the row format to make all debit credit indicators debit.
* allow you to select multiple rows and change the sign at one time
