Steps:
1. Create a new column designer or open an existing one.
2. Click dropdown button in Column Type field to show combo box list.
Issue: GL Trend description is cut off.
Acceptance Criteria: Show GL Trend's full description - make the combo box wider so it does not cut off the description.
