When filtering accounts for row design, some customers may use the type Primary or Segment. Currently, the primary and segment do not have description included in the filter accounts like it does for Account ID (below).
By Adding the description when Type is primary or segment, it will give the user the ability to identify which is the proper primary or segment to use. Many users may not have their chart of account memorized, so giving them the description will provide better usability for the filter accounts.
Currently, our workaround is having two i21 sessions open 1) chart of accounts 2) row design. We are flipping back and forth between the two screens.
