Steps:
1. Create row designer record
2. Add Filter Accounts rows
3. Add Row Calculation row
4. Configure formula in the Row Calculation screen. In the Calculations grid click Up and Down button.
Issue: Does not move rows. Console is showing an error.
Acceptance Criteria: Should move a row up or down.
