Steps:
1. Select a row, in the bottom part of the grid. The row btw, is 200+.
2. Click Insert button.
Issue: It scrolls up and focus is on the top rows.
Acceptance Criteria: Should stay on the row that you have selected, and focus is on the newly created row.
