Requirements:
# Remove the prompts on the GUI of FRD Row Designer if the values are blank.
## For many customers, this blank data may cause alot of support questions and cleanup.
# At report generation, if column is null, treat with same default as blank.
## If blank or Null, then make Source = Column
## If blank or Null, then make Account Type = BS
# Let's leave the report generation error message at row id.
## This was a generic error message for any type of error, and allows for users to fix the first line and try again.
# One time update run automatically on upgrade - to setup
