On a specific column design, when trying to remove any column on it(other than the last column), then save it, there is an internal server error.
There are column calculations so trying to delete columns in a column calculation isn't allowed so we have to delete the column calculation first, which it will not allow.
The column is called: 2018 TOTAL BUDGET FULL YEAR
I believe this is a datafix because this issue is isolated to this column design. This was also happening in 17.1 on this column design

*Steps:*
1. Financial Reports > Financial Report Builder > Select Report
2. Open Selected Report > Click Column Designer Link > Will open Column Designer Screen and display details of selected column designer
3. Select column that is included in column calculation > Click Remove > Click Ok > Click yes on prompt message
4. Selected column will be deleted > Click Save button to save changes
*Issue:*
Will not be able to save changes and prompt Internal Server Error
*Acceptance:*
Should be able to save changes without error and Should update column calculation with the correct formula
