*Steps:*
1. Create Fiscal Year with set up below.
2. Create Budget code with year (2018- created fiscal year)
3. Create Column Designer and use budget created:
4. Created report builder and use created column designer
5. Generate Report with as of 1/26/2018, 2/23/22018 and 3/30/2018
*Issue:*
Values with budget code did not display correct budget value
*Acceptance:*
Periods in budget should align with the dates in FY setup
Consider the following FY setup:

Using 38580-02-02 which has the following values for budget

I made a report for testing. This report has a row design with one account on it, and the following column setup

When running this report for a few different dates, we get the following results
1/26/2018 (Period: Janary 2018)

MTD and YTD columns are correct, but the full year is only doing Periods Feb 2018-December 2018
2/23/2018 (Period: February 2018)

Values should be: MTD = 38526, YTD = 77502, again the full year is missing the value for Jan 2018 period
3/30/2018

Values should be: MTD = 48157, YTD = 125209, again the full year is missing the value for Jan 2018 period
Issue: Budgets are not pulling the correct numbers due to the 4-4-5 FY setup
Solution: Periods in budget should align with the dates in FY setup
