right now, tech is maintaining a script that copies a company to another which is normally needed to copy the production database (01) to either month end (EM) or to test (TE). If we can build this in the system, we do not need to maintan those external scripts.
it can even let the customer administrator to do what they want to do without iRely doing it for them.

screen that asks for:
1. the company type

If the current company is Test, do not allow this feature.
If the selected type is Test, the final company name should be + '*** TEST ***'
