A User Preference to automatically log a user out after a set number of minutes/hours.
Default Value: 0
If 0, do not log the user out.
If not 0 then log the user out once it hits the number of minutes of inactivity
Send an alert to the user if he only has 1 minutes before getting logged off
User closing the alerts will reset the countdown.
