Provide a User Preference to display a background image on the blank white space of the menu when a Search grid is not showing. This would be similar to how VisionCore did this.

# Blue
# Aero
# Custom
Attached the the Blue and Aero images. These should scale to fit most all monitor resolutions.
I also removed the "Clear Background Image" since we can use the Menu Background combo box to control this. When selected to Custom the user can click the Browse button to select their own image. If any other option is selected then the Custom Background Image should gray out.
