Can only select G/L Accounts that are setup for Sales Tax Accounts.
Customer needs to setup Prepaid Taxes as Assets and this Category restriction is not accurate when the Purchases and Sales need to flow through the same G/L Account.
Short term we should remove the restriction to be able to select either a Category of Sales Tax Account or Purchase Tax Account for both fields.
