On tax code screen, below County, we need a check box titled "Match Tax Address". This should default to being checked. However, there may be instances when users may want this unchecked (ie. a federal tax that is included that does not need a match on the address). By unchecking, the system will not search for a match based on the address and will just tax if it is in the tax group list.
