Password change fails for contacts

Description When contacts log in to i21, for example Fortbooks to get to the helpdesk, they have the ability to change theor passwords. However, once they click the OK button (see screenshot), nothing happens, no update, nothing. The screen just sits there.   It appears the ID is not filled in on the password change dialog.   When I attempted the same change via the same method as an agent, the id was displayed. It seems like if there is no id displayed, the change does nothing.   This was for username: {color:#0070c0} [aruck@centralohfarm.com|mailto:aruck@centralohfarm.com] {color}   Shot#1 - From a contacts point of view:   !pastedImage_d40572_0.png!
