Steps:
1. Open Common Info -> Payment Methods
2. Enter special characters like *, ' , $ etc.
3. Click Save.
Result: It will not allow you to save it. Internal Server Error message will display.

Result: All special Characters that I was trying to input were all saved.

Should not be allowed to save if the only entry is just a special Character.
Instead of Internal Error message, it should display message like 'Please input valid Payment Method'
