User Roles: New duplicate record did not appear

Description + *Steps:* +   1. Open an existing user role record   2. Click Duplicate button     + *Issue 1:* +   New duplicate record did not appear. Error on console   !pastedImage_d40019_0.png! *Note:* Closing the User Role record, will show duplicate records has been created on search screen     + *Continue:* +   ++3. While the original record is still open, click Delete button     + *Issue 2:* +   ++This error appears:   !pastedImage_d40019_1.png! + *Acceptance Criteria:* +   When Duplicate button is triggered, New record should appear.
