Starting in 15.3 we will need to activate the User Preference screen. The User Preference options should be set per user instead of company wide like the Company Preferences. In other words, every user can have their own options in the user preference screen.
I created the screens for this exactly like the Company Preference screen with the only difference being with the word "User" in place of "Company".
