This property should only include the name of the page like "Column+Designer" in the property. The in some global i21 code we would include the main URL like [http://help.irelyserver.com/display/DOC|http://help.irelyserver.com/display/DOC/Column+Designer] /
This way if we every have to move our Help File to another domain we only need to change it in 1 place instead of hundreds.
