Need to add a checkoff option to the tax code screen. Simply need a checkbox on the tax code screen. Can be added to the bottom under taxable by other taxes:
Checkoff Tax? - and then have a checkbox.
Checkoff tax is calculated in a different manner from regular tax. It basically takes the opposite approach and reduces from the total instead of adding on to the total.
