We missed including the Contracts as part of the User Portal. This should be included with the Entity User Roles along with these options.
# Add fields on the Contracts Details tab should be Read-Only (except the Signed checkbox). The entity contact should be able to click the Signed check box and save the Contract.
# On the Additional Info tab, we need to hide the Internal Comments field and make all the other fields read-only.
# All Combo Box drill down Links should be disabled.
# Documentation tab should be read only but allow the user to download any of the files.
# On the Contract toolbar, hide the Delete, Duplicate and Process buttons.
