Change the Home Panels so they look like the ones below. The grid layouts are similar to our standard i21 grids but with the following changes.
# Arrange the panels exactly like the screen shot below.
# Grid row height should be 40px.
# Rename Recent Activity panel to Audit Log History.
# Header icons use the following:

## small-menu-alerts
## small-menu-messages
## small-menu-recent
## small-menu-user
## small-filter-grid
## small-refresh-small
## small-insert
## small-message
## small-sign-out
# Panel Header background color = rgb(239,243,248)
# Use the "user-small" graphic for the default user. The User photos should be 24x24 round.
# Remove/Delete the Favorites Panel. I don't think it will make sense to have as a Panel.
# Displaying the grids like shown below will give us a lot more room to display everything and easier to read.
# Set the Column Flex to allow the columns to grow and shrink depending on the display resolution.
