Description user TAO when trying to enter AP - gets error message for invalid batch. have deleted user id completely and re-created. ensured passwords match. only having issue with i21 login - no issue in Origin AP     *Cause* : with apostrophe on User Name (i.e. ssses_user_name), the insert statement on i21 SM is failing.
