Steps:
1. Check menu name for Budget.
Issue: It showed Budget Maintenance. Other module's maintenance screen does not anymore show maintenance work on it.
Acceptance Criteria: Since we have button distinction for Transactional screen, Maintenance screen and Report, I think we can omit the word Maintenance from Budget Maintenance and just show it as Budget.
