Need to add County to Customer Screen and Location

Description We need to have county added to the customer screen. We need to identify county for tax purposes. For instance, in the State of Ohio, there is a different state tax rate based on the location of the county. Each county adds a different percentage of tax to the State Sales Tax. We need to have field to enter county. This is not a required field. It is an optional field to complete, but we need it for tax in 15.2.
