Entity Name got messed after creating multiple Employee Entity

Description *STEPS:*   1. From Payroll > Employees, click New toolbar button to create.   2. Create 1st Employee (with entity type: Employee and User)   3. Click Save and do not close the Employee Entity screen   4. Click New toolbar button to create 2nd Employee Entity (with Entity Type: Employee and User)   5. Click Save toolbar button and Close the screen.   *ISSUE:*   Existing Employee Entity Name were duplicated.   !pastedImage_d47799_0.png! *ACCEPTANCE:*   Employee Entity Name should not mess up even when creating multiple Employee Entity record.
