*STEPS:*
1. Open an Employee Enity
2. Under Employee > Taxes tab, select the Tax and click the Remove grid button
3. Click the Save toolbar button.
*ISSUE:*
Internal Server error.

*ACCEPTANCE:*
Should be able to save the changes in the Employee Entity.
