Contacts > Active option is checked by default on screen but not on grid

Description Steps: [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/QC/Vendor+Contacts+-+Create]   Issue: When default contact is created upon creation of vendor, Active checkbox on grid is unchecked, but when you View its Contact Entity screen, Active checkbox is checked   Acceptance Criteria: Active checkbox for default contact should be checked by default
