Employee Earning Taxes are not loading after adding the Earnings

Description *STEPS:*   1. Create an Entity Employee from Payroll menu. *Do not save yet.*   2. In Employee tab > Taxes tab, click the Add grid button to add Employee Taxes.   3. Under Earnings tab, click the Add grid button to add Employee Earnings.   4. After adding, select the added Earning.   *ISSUE:*   !pastedImage_d46866_0.png!   *ACCEPTANCE:*   After adding the Employee Taxes, the system should save first the added Taxes so that when the Earnings added, the associated Taxes should be loading.
