*STEPS:*
1. Log in using 'SECURITY' username.
2. Create UserRole (Ex.Payroll User).
3. In User Role > Menu Structure tab, check only the Payroll master menu.
4. Under Control Permissions tab, add the Entity User Tab screen name and set the Permission to 'Disable'.

6. Open and existing User (Ex. Emp-1001)
7. User User > User Role, add Location and set the User Role to ' *ADMIN* ' not the created User Role 'Payroll User'

9. Log in using 'Emp-1001'.
10. Open the Entity and click the User > User Role.
*ISSUE:*
Admin user User Role tab is disabled.

User Role associated/applied to user should be followed accordingly.
