Description
*STEPS:* 1. Open an existing Employee 2. Under Deductions tab, select the existing Deduction Id. *ISSUE:* Paid By field is enabled. !pastedImage_d46586_0.png! *ACCEPTANCE:* Deduction Type Paid By field should be disabled / read only.
