2. Manually add Taxes, Earnings, and Deductions by selecting from the Add Tax/Earning/Deduction Type screen.
3. Save the record.
3. Create Employee Paycheck.
*ISSUE:*
Federal Taxes are not computing.

RESULT BACKEND: Taxes are incorrectly linked to Earnings.

1. Taxes should be correctly linked to Employee Earnings coming from the Employee Template.
2. Federal Taxes from the Paycheck should be calculated.
