*Use case:*
Customer would like to add their credit card information to allow them to pay bills automatically
* Rename EFT information to Payment information
* Move from addition tab to button
* We need to add a link on the payment information screen to get to credit card payment information from our credit card provider
* save the payment token information
* Add a tab on the payment information tab for link to credit card clearing company.
* Allow attachmetns to this screen as well so customer can store written authorization
