A summary of data needed from Customer Entity would be
* Customer name, address, etc.
* credit limit
* Customer special pricing
* Customer messages
* Location information
* Salesperson information
* Customer tax exemptions
If API is the correct avenue for gathering the data, then neccessary fields will need to be exposed. Sample xml files are attached, as well as a spreadsheet with field descriptions. Export will be handled by Energy Trac team.
