* Should be able to add an entity - even if there is match data and you
* Should not have to reenter the search data
if you enter a vendor and there is a match on the duplicate check you should allow to continue with duplicates and save the entry from the first screen.
1) Enter a new entity
2) Enter 7 pieces of data
3) View duplicates
4) Decide it is not a match
5) should be able to add as is

the above screen should show the results of the search and allow you to pick or ignore and go on with entity creation
