+ *Issues* +:
1 - cannot manually type in Contact Method field.
2- Type combo is not the standard grid combo box. List is also not auto-filter as I type in the field.
+ *Acceptance* +:
- for both fields:
1 - Use the Framework combo box.
2 - allow user to manually type in the field.
3 - the list should be auto-filtered as the user type in the field.
