*Issue:*
* Howlett Farms OnPrem 99, version 22.2.0320.802.
* Users will use F9 to open the Search Entity Inquiries window. User selects an Entity that has open Purchase Contracts. In the Entity Inquiry window, user clicks Detail Menu > Vendor > Contracts and there is no window that opens. If using the Entity Inqiury > Detail Menu > Customer > Contracts, there is another option for _Search Contracts_ or _New Contract._ The users may manually open the Search Contracts window and filter for this information, but their process is to use the F9 most often to look up Entity information, so the Vendor Contracts should function the same as Customer Contracts.
*Steps to Replicate:*
* Go to Purchasing > Vendors
* Click control +F9
* The entity inquiry screen will be opened
* Select a vendor entity
* Click Detail Menu button

* For Vendor, upon clicking the Detail Menu > Contracts, there should be an option to Search Contracts or create new contracts the same behavior to the customer:
