Description Encountered in 15.3.0702.148   + *Steps* +:   1 - open a contact with no portal access.   2 - check the Portal Access button.   3 - click the Change Password button then set a new password.   4 - save the changes   + *Issue* +:   - the email contains the previous password of the user instead of the new password.   + *Acceptance* +:   - should send the new password
