*Steps:*
1. Create new customer
2. Create transaction for customer (invoice)
2. Open customer > Go to Entity Tab > Add Vendor
3. In Vendor screen, click New > click Yes from message box
4. Click Yes
5. Go to Vendor search screen > filter for entity name
*Issue:*
Duplicate entity created
*Acceptance:*
Entity created should not be duplicated
