*Steps:*
+Issue #1:+
1. Go to Purchasing (A/P) > Vendors
2. Click Import button > _Vendor with complete required fields in the csv file._
+Issue #2:+
1. Go to Purchasing (A/P) > Vendors
2. Click Import button > _Vendor with an empty type in the csv file._
*Issue:*
* Issue #1: Imported Vendor did not displayed in the Search Vendor screen
* Issue #2: Imported Vendor with an empty type did not throw an error message.
*Accepted:*
* Issue #1: Vendor should be successfully created when the import file are filled with correct information.
* Issue #2: Vendor importing should throw an error message when required fields are not filled in.
