*Requirement:*
*Objective :* We should link Consumption Sites in Tank Management to specific Customer Locations in AR to enable:
* Dispatch of short truck and long truck from a common screen
* Selection of Consumption sites in the Dispatch screen
* Selection of Consumption Sites in the Transport Load screen.

The purpose is to accomplish the consolidation of all orders including Tank Management orders ultimately flowing into transports.
Hence Linking Consumption sites with Customer Location would be a prerequisite for adding consumptions sites to Load Scheduling and Transports.
