*Steps:*
1. Go to Common Info > Ship Via
2. Create New > Populate required fields
3. Navigate Ship Via tab > Populate required fields in Detail tab
4. Navigate Tariff tab
A. Populate Tariff column
B. In Details column > Export via Schema Only
5. Input value in Exported File
6. Import the Exported File
7. Verify Rate Values
*Issue:*
No rates displayed upon importing

When importing the same file should be imported correctly.
