Stuck on "saving" dialog when adding 3rd entity location

*Steps* :
Go to Purchasing -> Vendors
Click on Locations tab -> Insert
Add new location entry (fill out required fields)
Add another record till record count reaches 3
Click Save

Adding multiple entity locations should not trigger any hang-ups on saving.
Record should be saved and status = saved
