*ISSUE:* Changing the contact details is making the vendor as "In-Active" and no logs of changing status saved in the Audit logs

*STEPS:*
1. Select Vendor that is already used
2. Delete the vendor
*ACCEPTANCE:*
1. Audit log should record when the Vendor status is updated to "Inactive" after attempting to delete the Vendor
