Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-263491 - Changing the contact details in an entity is making the vendor as "In Active"|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-263491]   *ISSUE:* Changing the contact details is making the vendor as "In-Active" and no logs of changing status saved in the Audit logs   !pastedImage_d167815_0.png|height=737,width=802!   *STEPS:*   1. Select Vendor that is already used 2. Delete the vendor   *ACCEPTANCE:*   1. Audit log should record when the Vendor status is updated to "Inactive" after attempting to delete the Vendor
